New Native Plant Garden At San Marcos Historical Society

California Native Planting and Maintenance WorkshopSheri and I are still on a huge high from Saturdays’ California Native Planting and Maintenance Workshop. We had a fantastic turnout with lots of enthusiastic participants, and we got to plant up over 80 plants. So many people told us how much they enjoyed it and how much they had learnt. As a teacher it’s such a great feeling to know you have shared some information that will really change the way people approach their yards.

Many Thanks

Many thanks to: Tanis Brown and all the folks on the board of the San Marcos Historical Society; all those who attended and planted those beautiful plants; Rose and Ali for your administrative support; Carson for your help during the workshop; Moosa Creek Nursery and Tree of Life Nursery for the wonderful plants; San Diego Surfrider Ocean Friendly Gardens; all our friends and family who shared the news of the workshop far and wide.
